Research Interests:

Arctic offshore engineering : As the interest of developing arctic region is increased, the engineering services such as ice management, structural stability, safety issues and so on are necessary. In arctic region,  the extreme environments including the cold weather, occurrence of iceberg collision, level ice impact, significant wave height are the important factors to design the engineering system. The aims of the research are to develop the numerical algorithm for the the ice load estimation and investigate the dynamic behavior of floating offshore structures.
