Research interest:

Wave Energy Conversion. As clean, renewable energy is rapidly making itself a more prominent fixture in the energy sector, different types of energy converters are being designed. Wave energy converters harness the kinetic energy traveling through waves to create electrical energy for powering homes, offshore vehicles, or offshore platforms. There are many different types of devices that utilize structure motions caused by propagating waves to generate this usable electricity. Researching methods to improve the efficiency of these devices can help propel the world to a cleaner environment.
